I've been Missing In Action

Sorry that I didn't post anything the past few days.
I have been exhausted and I've needed some time for some little
R&R
I could still use a little more-but the world doesn't stop on account that I, Kelly-Jo am tired; bummer......
It would be nice though if it was possible to hit a pause button every once and a while!
Wouldn't that be Loverly?!

I have been thinking a lot lately about different things that are happening in my day to day.  I know that "resolutions" are for the new year-but I like to do things a little different from the normal-it is my style.  I am not sure if you find this statement to be true in your life as much as I find this to be true in mine:
"I want all or nothing"
Is this clear enough?
Sometimes isn't it in our thinking that either our whole house is clean or nothing is clean at all?
Or
I am going on a diet and watching what I am eating; then the next week we aren't careful
and we eat a little more than we should...so what do we do
"UGGGHHH!! This diet isn't working for me-I am going to quit!"
Got the picture of what I am talking about?
I think I could go on and on about examples.
Do you have things in your life that you use this rule with?
Annoying isn't it-I guess we all just might have a tendency to be all or nothing.
*♥*♥*
My goal for this year is to live day by day with my "resolution".
If I miss a day or mess something up; so what-I have the next day {Lord willing}
to follow through with my goal.
Here is one of my goals:
I want to stop stressing myself out.
I don't know about you-but I stress out so easily; which this isn't that bad of an issue since everyone
has stress-it is part of life.
My problem is that I stress out so much that I become sick after some of my stress is relieved.
I talked to my wonderful hubby and he told me that I need to find a better way
to alleviate my stress.
What a wise man he is!
I know that I can't go on like this; living from stress to stress.
It is not healthy for me and most importantly not healthy for my dear family.
I have part of a passage of Scripture to help me with this:
{Philippians 4:6}
 "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God."
****
I have a few other goals but they will have to wait for another time when I have time....
No stress..right?!
{I type this as I am smiling and reminding myself not to stress out *wink*}

I hope that you all have a wonderful day and I want you to know that I am very thankful for each and every single one of my readers.
All 373 of you!!!

No stress allowed!! :)

I am a "stress warrior" too. :)My FIL always tells me.... It's ok to be concerned, but never worry. :)

I have yet to figure out the difference. ;)

Love the Philippians Scripture. I guess that promise is even better than a pause button! I'm visiting from the blog hop. Blessings!
