TUTORIAL-Made by Me-Flower-Button Jar

Here is the tutorial for the
Flower-Button Jar
(such an original and creative name isn't it?!)

Supplies:
1 decrative jar-any type-I used canning jars
1 pair of wire cutters
buttons
scissors-to cut the ribbon
a few bunches of flowers
& ribbon

I am sure that almost every crafter or seamstress
has a "few" jars of buttons around the house.
Me?  I have ummmm-5-6 jars of these around the house

I ♥ buttons
they are just so neat!!

If your buttons are not in jars and they around the house

I'll sit Here and wait........

ahhhhhh-so relaxing................. : )

Okay-you have everything now?
GREAT!!

Like I said in this post earlier this beautiful display is really easy!!

If you had to go searching high and low for buttons

then that was probably the hardest part of this tutorial-

it is smooth sailing from here!

On to the tutorial:

1. Put your buttons in the jar-fill it up all the way or 3/4 of the way

2. Use your wire cutter to cut the stems of your flowers
to the height you want them displayed in your jar

3. Arrange your flowers in the jar by sticking the stems into the buttons.
The buttons are a good stabalizing material

4.  After arranging the flowers cut a piece of ribbon
and tie it at the mouth of the jar
(I used wired ribbon so that I can form it to how I wanted it to lay)

And Viola!
You have made yourself something
that not only looks nice
but serves a purpose.
Hope you enjoyed my tutorial

this is my second one!!

: )

If you have any questions feel free to ask!

I will happily respond!
