A Little of Made By Me

I had a chance a few weeks ago to make a few things....

A Belt:

A Headband:

And two Ties

 for Boy Wonder:

And on to the rest of our busy week.

Next week is Kindergarten graduation so we will be practicing hard the next few days.

We also have our church's 60th Anniversary.

We have be blessed to be given the privilege of decorating for this event.

I am very excited and have so much to do getting things together this week.

I hope everyone has a wonderful week and stays cool and safe!

Off to get some sleep so that I can get my busy week started.

What I Made for My Hubby's Birthday

The Love of My Life!!

I love my hubby so much!!!  He is just so cute!!

He was singing with the kids at church and so I took the oppurtunity to

snap a photo of him with his new vest that I made for him:)

He has been requesting that I would make him a vest-so I did for his birthday.

The material is so nice and it came together really well.

A new Superman Cape

I figured that i would give the superman cape a second try-so this is what I came up with:

At last!! The Winner is announced!!

I do apologize with not getting the winner posted last night.

I do feel bad about it, but it couldn't have been helped.

Since my hubby had his lasik surgery

 he hasn't been able to see clearly.

{this is after his surgery}

I guess you can say he is in a constant fog.

They said that it can take

 3-6 months

to

heal and clear up!!

That is such a long time!!

He might even have to go back 

in 3 months and get the surgery

{an enhancement is what they call it}

done again!

I feel so bad for him!

I wish that I could make things all better....

At least he has my help and support throughout this difficult time;

maybe there is something that the Lord wants to teach us

{maybe to rely more on each other}.

Whatever it is I am ready for the task.....

{I think}

I finished my scarf!!! Wordless Wednesday

I finished my scarf tonight!!  I am so excited that I finished it!!

This is my first crocheting project!!!

I just started at Thanksgiving.

I made a Bow tie for Boy Wonder......

it was a hit-he really loved it!

Then I made him a "wallet" for his Awana Dollars

I made me some labels for my items that I make:)

I really like these-I think they turned out so wonderful!! 

Here it is on my camera strap...What do you think? 

I even made some for when I make clothing for

Boy Wonder-I think that the next batch will be darker

like my label above.

I also made a new camera strap

And I also pinned one side of each of the valances I am working on for a friend.

Cut out the pieces to make another vest, tie, and bow tie for Boy Wonder....

ummmm, I think that is it-for now ; )
